All Owners belong to the 1200 Riverside Drive Community Association. As Association members, Owners agree to abide by the Governing Documents. Governing Documents include the CC&Rs, the Bylaws, the Rules & Regulations, and Policies adopted by the Board of Directors. Owners living in a Community Association, including the volunteer members of the Board of Directors, must also abide by Nevada law as described in NRS 116 and NAC 116.
